Founding Team: Technical Community Manager (Remote)

Dynamic was founded to help accelerate the adoption of wallet-based authentication. We make it easy for developers to create wallet-based login, onboarding, and authentication flows, allowing them to focus on their core product.

Dynamic was started by two MIT alumni (who built and launched many products together) who are passionate about user identity and authentication. We are backed by some of the world’s leading investors.  We are just starting our journey and looking for team members to join our core founding team.

The role:

We are looking for a technical community manager, who lives and breathes web3 discord channels and groups and is passionate about SDKs, APIs and wallets.

We have three strong convictions that act as our north star for our strategy:

  • Wallets will become mainstream. If you used any wallet to log in, you probably realize how magical the experience is. We believe more companies will introduce more wallets, and more users will adopt the usage of wallets as the main path to authenticate themselves. This means that companies will need to support this ever-changing wallet landscape quickly
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) will be a must for decentralized finance (Defi)  - Currently, many DeFi sites don’t require KYC. We believe that this will change in the near future. Blockchain and NFTs allow us to rethink how we verify users and the user experience around them
  • Abstraction of complexity for developers will be key in acceleration adoption. We are obsessed with building powerful yet simple developer experience and tools

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if:

  • You love spending your days in discord channels, twitter threads and web3 events
  • You care about the technical details of how wallets work, how sites interact with those, and what the latest and greatest technologies are around tose
  • You have a passion for short and long form writing
  • You have a proven track record of creating and growing communities over 2+ years
  • Love forming relationships with community members and engaging them on technical topics
  • You thrive in small teams and like having significant ownership of the problems you are working on

You will:

  • Manage Dynamic’s twitter, discord and other social channels
  • Attend web3 events, talk about Dynamic and form relationships with potential customers
  • Build out a community around Dynamic and our products
  • Help craft and improve our developer documentation
  • Help highlight use cases and tell stories through blog posts
